Maidstone United reverse August 19 home game against Yeovil Town due to building works at the Gallagher Stadium

Maidstone will play four successive away games in the first month of the National South season following news of a fixture swap.

Building works at the Gallagher Stadium, to replace the existing matchday control room and toilet block, have seen their August 19 meeting with Yeovil switched to Huish Park instead.

The return game takes place on February 3. It means after opening the season at home to Slough on August 5, the Stones will go more than three weeks without playing in front of their own fans.

George Elokobi’s side go to Bath (August 12) and Braintree (August 15), followed by Yeovil and Hemel Hempstead (August 26). They return to the Gallagher with a Bank Holiday Monday game against Taunton (August 28).
