An accident involving a car and a lorry has blocked part of the A4232 in Cardiff.Traffic monitoring system Inrix is reporting that it has happened between the Premier Inn turn off and Lamby Way in Cardiff Bay.Congestion is currently back to St Mellons on the A48 for traffic heading into Cardiff and there are delays along Rover Way.
