A huge cordon is in place on an estate in Knutsford after 'unknown substances' were found at a property. Bomb disposal experts are on the scene on Longridge, as well as at least 10 police vehicles and an ambulance incident response unit.

A large cordon is in place around the estate with a number of homes evacuated. The 'unknown substances' were found as officers carried out a warrant at around 7am this morning (Monday), Cheshire Police said.
