Leeds United are continuing to explore their options in the transfer window but are eager to ensure they do not waste any money, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano. Jesse Marsch has overseen a hectic summer at Elland Road but will likely continue to push for new signings ahead of the September 1 deadline.
The Whites seem to be targeting a number of positions ahead of the transfer deadline. Manchester United midfielder James Garner is attracting attention from West Yorkshire after it emerged via The Athletic that the Red Devils would be willing to sell the highly-rated youngster for just £14 million.
Elsewhere, a new striker remains high on the agenda. Among those targeted include Blackburn Rovers marksman Ben Brereton-Diaz and Southampton’s Che Adams.
A left-back, too, is highly sought after at the club. Highly-rated American Kai Wagner is on Marsch’s radar after impressing for Philadelphia Union.
