Ini penjelasan Premier League. Premier League menjatuhkan dakwaan kepada Everton dan Nottingham Forest atas pelanggaran aturan profitabilitas dan keberlanjutan.

Keduanya mengalami kerugian melebihi ambang yang ditetapkan. Everton dan Forest pun kini terancam hukuman pengurangan poin. Buat Everton, ini bakal jadi kedua kalinya karena mereka sudah dipotong 10 poin pada November lalu atas pelanggaran yang lain.
