Besiktas are willing to let reported Rangers target Kartal Yilmaz leave this summer - but only on-loan. A surprise claim in the Turkish press stated the Ibrox side were also interested in the 21-year-old midfielder after snapping up his team-mate Ridvan Yilmaz on Monday.
But the SuperLig club appear determined not to lose another prospect and Skorer report they plan on opening contract talks with Yilmaz in the near future.
However, after spending time on-loan at Ümraniyespor last season, it's stated Besiktas would sanction another loan exit for the academy graduate.
He's featured only sporadically in their pre-season campaign and it appears he's not yet deemed ready for regular first-team football in Istanbul.
