Josie Gibson has jokingly apologised to This Morning viewers as she confirms her return to the show. The presenter hasn’t been seen at the helm of the ITV daytime show for a month when she supported Holly Willoughby during her first stint back on the show in weeks.

Forgetting she had her microphone pack still on her back, Josie desperately tried to sit up straight and guide herself to the edge to get out following her live moment, with her dress already soaked at the bottom and her white wedges already submerged in the water.
