A total of 26 property sales in Didsbury and Withington were officially logged by the Land Registry last month as the housing market sprang into life over the summer.

The South Manchester suburbs are among the most sought-after areas of Manchester, and the average home in the area sells for over £350,000.

This month's most expensive house sale was a house on Lancaster Road which sold for £1.7 million. But it is still possible to get on the property ladder in the M20 postcode area for under £200,000, with one flat going for £184k last month.

Displayed below is the complete list of homes sold, listed in ascending order of price from the lowest to the highest. We've included specific information about each property, noting whether it sold above or below the asking price, as indicated by the relevant publications.
