Star batter Virat Kohli can also be called a synonym of Royal Challengers Bangalore as he has completed 15 years with the Indian Premier League franchise. Beginning his IPL career with its inauguration in 2008, Kohli has seen many ups and downs with the teams and emerged as the most prolific player of the franchise. The 34-year-old batter led RCB from 2013 to 2021, before Faf du Plessis took over the reins in 2022. For the past 15 years, Kohli has helped RCB claim historic wins on numerous occasions with his powerful batting performance and amazing leadership skills.

Gayle is known for stitching many 100-run partnerships with Star India batter Virat Kohli and entertaining the crowd with his powerful batting. The Indian batting unit once again choked under relentless pressure from the Australian spinners as the visitors clinched the three-match ODI series 2-1 with a comfortable 21-run victory, here on Wednesday. Chasing a stiff target of 270 on a tricky pitch, India were all out for 248 in 49.1 overs as Australia came back in the series after losing the first ODI by five wickets. The series defeat is an indicator that the Indian team is far from prepared for the World Cup and there are too many loose ends that needs to be tied.
After stating that weightlifting exercises play a major role in injury of the players these days, former India opener Virender Sehwag has once again made a startling comment regarding the Yo-Yo test. Recently, the BCCI had reintroduced Yo-Yo test and Dexa (bone scan test) as mandatory part of selection process. Sehwag took a dig at the management and stated that if the Yo-Yo test would have been mandatory during his time, then many legendary players wouldn't have been a part of Team India.
Star India batter Virat Kohli hit his first Test century in over three years on Day 4 of the fourth Test against Australia. Kohli had a tough 2021 and 2022, failing to reach three figures in over 1,200 days. However, since scoring his first T20I century during the Asia Cup last year, Kohli hasn't looked back. The 34-year-old finished the T20 World Cup in Australia last year as the leading run-scorer and then hit three ODI centuries including two -- 113 and 166 not out -- against Sri Lanka in January, earlier this year.
