Cristiano Ronaldo reacted furiously towards his own bench as he left the field at half-time of Al-Nassr's match on Monday evening.

Ronaldo left Manchester United in December last year after an explosive interview with Piers Morgan in which he criticised the Old Trafford club, manager Erik ten Hag as well as former players.

After finding little interest from European sides in signing him following November's Qatar 2022 World Cup, the Portuguese icon left for Saudi Arabia and joined Al-Nassr.

The Faris Najd are one of the most successful clubs in the history of the nation and were looking to win yet another trophy as they took on Al-Wehda in the semi-final of the King Cup of Champions.
