Holly Willoughby left fans stunned when she shared a photo of herself and her mum to mark Mother's Day. The sweet selfie captured presenter Holly, 42, holding a bouquet of flowers and smiling next to her mum Linda, 74.

She captioned the post: "Happy Mother’s Day beautiful Mumma… Always there for us in every way… Couldn’t be more blessed… Love you".

Holly, who regularly presents ITV's This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield, shared the tribute with her 8.2 million Instagram followers.

And fans were quick to comment that Holly and her mum, who are 32 years apart in age, looked more like sisters than mother and daughter.
