PGMOL have condemned the "abhorent" abuse of Europa League final referee Anthony Taylor after footage emerged of the English official being jostled and harassed as he made his way through Budapest airport.Taylor oversaw Wednesday's European decider in the Hungarian capital, with Sevilla defeating Roma on penalties after a 1-1 draw after extra-time.The official was castigated afterwards by Roma manager Jose Mourinho, who complained of being denied a second half penalty for a Sevilla handball and the number of cards brandished at his own players.On Thursday, footage was circulated of Taylor and his family being harassed and abused by supporters as they made their way the airport in Budapest.PGMOL (Professional Game Match Officials Limited) released a statement this evening, in response to th scenes in Hungary."We aware of videos circulating showing Anthony Taylor and his family being harassed & abused at Budapest Airport."We are appalled at the unjustified and abhorrent abuse directed at Anthony and his family as he tries to make his way home from refereeing the Europa League final."UEFA, meanwhile, is awaiting the match official's reports before deciding whether to take action against the Roma manager for his rant at Taylor after Roma's Europa League final defeat.Roma boss Mourinho was critical of Taylor in his post-match press conference after his side's penalty shoot-out loss.And in video footage which later emerged on social media, the former Chelsea and Manchester United manager is seen gesticulating at Taylor and officials in the stadium car park and heard saying "disgrace".Taylor booked Mourinho during the game, which finished 1-1 after extra time before Sevilla sealed their seventh Europa League triumph by winning
