David Jamieson hopes winning a Commonwealth Silver title next month will act as a springboard to bigger and better things in 2025.

Heavyweight Jamieson is waiting to learn his opponent for the title shot at Doubletree by Hilton in Glasgow, in Kynoch’s KO Chaos fight night on Saturday, November 23, but it will be one of three potential foes.

Winning that could propel the Westwood fighter back to the big time, and will result in a major fight at PlaySport in East Kilbride next year.

The possibilities are huge, and Jamieson says he will be well prepared. He said: “This Commonwealth Silver ensures me a top-10 ranking in the UK.
