Delays on trains between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport with lines blocked

Trains may be delayed between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport this morning due to a points failure. Some lines between the two stations are blocked, according to National Rail.

Delays are expected on some train services until at least 7.45am. People are being urged to check their journey before they travel.
