David Clowes says interim manager Liam Rosenior will have his full backing, providing him with the tools to do the "best possible job" at Derby County.
Since Clowes Developments took over last month, the club has already seen major changes take place behind the scenes, including the change in management following Wayne Rooney's departure and the arrival of 11 players to bolster Rosenior's squad in League One.
Players who out of contract were also awarded fresh terms, including the likes of Craig Forsyth and Curtis Davies. The pair are set to play a crucial part this season, both on and off the pitch, with the Rams keen to push for promotion back to the Championship.
Looking back to the day when the takeover was completed, Clowes told RamsTV: "Considering the purchase of the club was only concluded four weeks ago, it's some achievement to where we are today.
