Soap fans remarked that they looked more like sisters as Corrie's Kimberly Hart-Simpson posed alongside her mum. The actress, who is known as Nicky Wheatley in Coronation Street, proudly introduced her mother and "bestie" Gill Simpson at a glittering night out in Wilmslow.

The pair were all smiles at The Colony HQ in Wilmslow to celebrate the expansion of the Kiss Dental brand across the region, including new locations in Alderley Edge, Knutsford, Bramhall and Liverpool.
