Coronation Street fans were keen to make the same point after Asha Alahan was shocked by her hotel discovery. During the first visit to Weatherfield this week, Asha was heard telling her girlfriend Nina Lucas that she was heading to see her friend, Isla, from university.
A dejected Nina reminded her that they were meant to be spending the day together just the two of them. Nina's then further taken aback when Asha and their friend Amy Barlow speak about the anti-spiking demonstration that's due to happen in town, something Asha has never mentioned to her.
But in a bid to spend a good day together, Asha and Nina headed off to the Chariot Square Hotel on a date but the romance is soon interrupted by the sight of Darren Vance who was shortly followed by his wife Courtney, Aadi Alahan's ex-girlfriend. And following the drama, Corrie fans couldn't help but point out the same thing when it comes to the Chariot Square Hotel. The Talk of the Street podcast, @corriepodcast, said: "Ahem.
