CCTV footage shows the moment a 61-year-old dad was pushed over outside a pub in Wigan just days before Christmas. A week later, he was dead.

Roy Halliwell was violently shoved to the ground by 58-year-old Carl Sinclair, who had followed him to the venue on December 22 last year after he had been seen 'nonsensically shouting' at him and threatening him.

Sinclair, of Cemetery Road, Ince, then fled the scene, leaving dad Roy, who had hit his head in the fall, lying on the ground.

He was taken to hospital but tragically died a week later from his injuries.
