Lennon Miller will cost a fortune - but Celtic CAN afford it, and shouldn't hang about. That's the view of pundit Tam McManus who reckons the Hoops should have asked Motherwell the question on Sunday about their rising star.

The 18-year-old was the standout performer for the Steelmen as they went down 3-0 to the champions, hitting the bar with a free-kick and the post from open play.

It was the latest eye-catching performance from the Scotland Under-21 star who looks destined for the top. There's a growing belief among Celtic fans that they should pounce for Miller before someone else does as it seems just a matter of time before a major bid is put on the table.

And former Hibs striker McManus certainly subscribes to that belief. David Turnbull's £3m move to Parkhead remains 'Well's record sale and McManus believes Miller will eclipse that.
