Police have issued CCTV pictures of a man they want to speak to after a woman was sexually assaulted on a train to Manchester Piccadilly.
The incident happened on a train from Stockport on Thursday, November 16. Between 11.40am and 12.10pm the victim was approached by a passenger who sat next to her and then sexually assaulted her.
The man then left the service at Manchester Piccadilly, British Transport Police said. Anyone who recognises him is urged to contact the British Transport Police. In a statement, a BTP spokesperson said: “British Transport Police are releasing these images after a woman was sexually assaulted on a train from Stockport to Manchester Piccadilly. “The incident happened between 11.40am and 12.10pm on Thursday 16 November.
