Cardiff City 1-0 Birmingham City: Jaden Philogene bags first goal to get Bluebirds back to winning ways

walesonline.co.uk

Cardiff City got back to winning ways courtesy of a maiden Bluebirds goal from Jaden Philogene which downed Birmingham City 1-0 in the Welsh capital.

The Bluebirds displayed some swashbuckling stuff at times, which was really pleasing on the eye, but left a huge number of goals out there owing to some terrible missed chances.

Fortunately for them, though, Philogene's first-half strike was enough to get Steve Morison's men back on the victory trail, with a bit of a swagger, too.

Cardiff started the game in blistering fashion. Pinging off passes like bullets out of a machine gun and making all the right decisions with the ball at their feet.
