Cameron Carter Vickers WILL be back in time for the start of the season after undergoing a successful operation for a knee injury that ended the Celtic stopper’s campaign.
Some reports suggested the former Tottenham Hotspur man could miss the the 2023/24 Scottish Premiership kick off as a result of going under the knife.
But Hoops boss Ange Postecoglou, looking to seal two-in-a-row with a victory at Hearts on Sunday, dismissed any of those fears over the 25-year-old USA international.
Postecoglou told Sky Sports: “He’s had the surgery, he’s on his way back and it went really well and he’ll be alright for the start of the season, I’m sure.
