Top prospect Calvin Ramsay is trading the Scottish Premiership for the Champions League after his move to Liverpool was rubber stamped.

Aberdeen could land £8m in the end with their add ons for their prized academy graduate based on his Anfield development. The 18-year-old enjoyed his breakthrough campaign in the Granite City last season, which attracted the attention of Jurgen Klopp.

Despite a tough league campaign for Jim Goodwin's side, Ramsay enjoyed an impressive personal campaign ending with the full-back earning the SFWA Young Player of the Year Award.

However, that's far from the first award Ramsay has lifted. In fact, he has been picking up top awards at Pittodrie since being a part of the Under-12 side.
