Brendan Rodgers might be looking to add more steel to his Celtic squad ahead of a title defence and return to Europe. The Premiership champions will celebrate Flag Day on Saturday against Ross County as their competitive campaign kicks off, and the returning Irishman has made five signings so far in Odin Thiago Holm, Marco Tilio, Yang Hyun-jun, Kwon Hyeok-kyu and Maik Nawrocki, but more could be on the way.
Where he targets remains to be seen but former striker Andy Walker reckons a physical edge and presence are two traits in which the Hoops gaffer should take a look at, albeit his current crop are well up to the task.
He told Go Radio: "I think when he came in and looked at the quality already there, I think he will have been really pleased with some of the players he knew he was working with. "Obviously we are still to see the outcome of the full transfer window in terms of who is and out.
But the players there at the moment, I think he will be happy to be working with them. "He might want to add one or two of his own, he might want to get a bit more physicality, a bit more presence in the team.
