A number of tributes have been paid to Imelda Mounfield, the wife of Stone Roses star Mani, following news she has passed away.

The news of Imelda Mounfield’s passing was announced on X, formerly Twitter, on Saturday afternoon (November 18) by Happy Mondays member Rowetta.

The singer posted: “So beautiful, so brave, so LOVED. Since her diagnosis, her and husband Mani have hosted a number of charity auctions to raise money for the likes of The Christie Hospital, The Stockport Charitable Trust and Maggie’s.
