Ben Foster believes Andre Onana was 'bang out of order' to react angrily at Harry Maguire during last week's pre-season friendly against Borussia Dortmund.

Summer signing Onana raced out of his box during United's 3-2 loss at the Allegiant Stadium, lamenting Maguire for his reaction to United losing possession in a dangerous area.

Speaking after the game, Onana justified his anger by explaining how he holds high standards for everyone in front of him. "He’s big, he’s good with the ball so I will demand him a lot.

He’s a great guy, I have a good relationship with him," the 27-year-old said. Want to join our MUFC Pro club for a totally ad-free version of the MEN’s Man United app packed with premium features?
