Strictly Come Dancing fans were 'concerned' about the famously sharp-tongued judge Craig Revel Horwood as the long-running BBC dance show returned this weekend.

As a new batch of stars took to the dancefloor for the first time on Saturday night, Craig had viewers worried that he didn't seem himself.

Some fans wondered if Craig had been 'replaced' on the contest as he took his seat on the judging panel alongside Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Anton Du Beke.

Anton, the show's former pro dancer turned judge. also jokingly expressed concern as fans thought Craig was uncharacteristically handing out higher scores than usual in the first week, reports the Daily Star.
