Strictly Come Dancing star Zara McDermott told fans 'today is a sad day' as she gave them a sneak peak behind the scenes of the BBC show.

The Love Island star let her Instagram followers know of a big change in the Strictly studio - and she seemed to have mixed emotions about it.

The Strictly contestant shared on social media that she will no longer be sharing a dressing room with fellow celebs Ellie Leach and Nikita Kanda.

Zara took to Instagram to give a tour of her new room with the caption, 'Not sure how I feel about this Ellie Leach. I may sneak back into your room for girl chats'.
