BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Gorka Marquez says he 'needs to be asked' as he teases huge change on show

Gorka Marquez has teased that he could be convinced to quit dancing on Strictly Come Dancing for another role. The dancer excitedly revealed earlier this month that he'd bagged himself a new job away from the BBC One dance contest.

However, it wasn't too far away from the ballroom as he announced he was the new judge on the Spanish version of Strictly. After ditching the UK for Madrid, he said at the time: "I finally can share the news that I will be one of the Judges in the Spanish version of Strictly 'Bailando con las Estrellas' @bailandoest.

He added: "So excited to back in Spain and doing the show that changed my whole life and excited to be sat on the other side of the floor this time even if I am not sure I will be able to hold myself and not dance..."
