Strictly Come Dancing fans were heartbroken after Adam Thomas looked close to tears during this week's live show. The former Emmerdale star performed a Tango with his professional dance partner Luba Mushtuk as the BBC series reached its second week.
Despite positive comments from the judges, the actor left the dancefloor feeling emotional, admitting to host Claudia Winkleman that he thought he'd let his partner down.
But fans of the show said Adam had been 'too hard' on himself and made a prediction about his future on the show, with some calling him a "dark horse". The Waterloo Road actor could be heard apologising to his partner as their dance, performed to The Killers song 'Somebody Told Me', came to an end and the couple approached the judges for their feedback.
The star had to miss a training session this week due to filming commitments and had admitted to being nervous ahead of the show.
