Barry Robson reveals Aberdeen 'frustration' at PAOK loss as he admits bad decisions rankle but don't tell whole Euro story

Barry Robson has admitted that there is no anger in the Aberdeen camp after their controversial loss to PAOK on Thursday evening - but there is a bit of 'frustration' in the Pittodrie ranks.

The Dons went 2-0 up against the Greek giants to send Pittodrie into a frenzy as they aimed to qualify for the knockout rounds of the Europa Conference League, but despite leading by two with twenty minutes to go, they were undone by an 11-minute double salvo to leave the game in the balance.

A claim for a penalty was waved away by the match officials to leave the ground stunned, and in the final minute of added time their misery was compounded when a challenge in the box led to a PAOK penalty being awarded by VAR, which Stefan Schwab stuck away with glee to send the travelling fans barmy.

It means that Aberdeen are rooted to just one point in the group whilst Eintracht Frankfurt and PAOK sit pretty on six and nine points respectively, all but crushing their hopes of advancing to the next round.
