Furious East Kilbride Thistle boss Garry O'Hanlon has blasted how his sacking was handled by the club after his seven-year spell was ended by a phonecall on Sunday evening.
The former Jags player and coach was sacked less than four months into his reign at the Showpark, with just one win in seven games and Thistle 13th in the 19-team West of Scotland League Third Division.
He later took to social media to blast two 'snakes' that he felt had a hand in his exit. O'Hanlon took the job on in May, following Alan Paterson's heart-breaking decision to step down following a violent assault on him in the town.
He and assistant Aaron Connolly amassed a squad full of experienced players like Jamie Longworth, David Gray and Barry Russell, but a poor start to their campaign led to his departure.
