Michael Owen has warned Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou his "one dimensional" philosophy could cost him a chance at winning the Premier League.

Spurs slumped to a 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace at the weekend which saw them fall to eighth spot in the table as the Australian stuck with his all-out attacking style that has brought him success throughout his career.

The boss adopted the 'we never stop' mantra while at Celtic as he captured five trophies during his time north of the border while also claiming silverware with Yokohama F.

Marinos and Brisbane Roar with the AngeBall style. Postecoglou raised eyebrows earlier in the campaign when he noted that he always wins a trophy in his second season at a club - but Owen reckons the brand of football that brought him success at the likes of the Scottish champions could be costing him medals at Tottenham.
