Andy Robertson 'jealous' of Celtic transfer for Nat Phillips as Liverpool loanee reveals Scotland skipper buzz

Nat Phillips has revealed Andy Robertson is over the moon about his loan move to Celtic - and there might even be a hint of jealousy.

The central defender has completed a six-month loan deal from Liverpool that will see him provide much-needed central defensive cover for Brendan Rodgers, who has gone to one of his former clubs for his latest summer signing.

A quickfire Premiership debut away at Rangers could now be in store and with Parkhead influences at Anfield, Phillips has been left in no doubt over who he's joining.

Virgil Van Dijk made himself a Hoops hero during his two-year stay between 2012 and 2014 while Scotland captain Robertson is a boyhood fan, having also been in the club's youth system.
