Alistair Johnston leaves Celtic pal Jota dumbfounded by response to key question during impassioned quiz

Celtic defender Alistair Johnston might have some making-up to do with his team-mate Jota following a brutal response to a teaser during a Hoops quiz.

Johnston was joined by the Portuguese winger and fellow defender Carl Starfelt during the latest edition of the Celtic View podcast, with the trio answering quick-fire questions about each other's careers and the Hoops latest title-winning campaign.

And when asked which club Jota was recruited from, Johnston couldn't resist aiming a cheeky jibe at his lack of playing time in his homeland, answering: "Bench-fica." A smiling Jota definitely saw the funny side, but he wasn't having the put-down, responding: “Respect Benfica, say it right.

C’mon. Sport Lisboa e Benfica.” A beaming Johnston was clearly delighted with his roast, but quickly put things right by correcting himself.
