Alfredo Morelos Rangers 'happiness' challenge as Gio van Bronckhorst faces struggle to crack striker code

dailyrecord.co.uk

Rangers boss Gio van Bronckhorst has failed to come up with a long-term solution for keeping Alfredo Morelos happy at Ibrox, claims Kenny Miller.

The Colombian has been in and out of the Rangers starting line-up this season after a false start to the Scottish Premiership campaign amid concerns over his fitness and attitude, and has only netted twice so far this season.

Despite his sluggish start to the campaign, Van Bronckhorst opted to start Morelos ahead of in-form Antonio Colak for the Champions League blockbuster with Liverpool.

Summer recruit Colak has netted 11 goals since his arrival from PAOK and despite netting a double against Hearts before the trip to Anfield had to settle for a place on the bench.
