It could be a double delight for Manchester United in the transfer market as they put the final touches on deals for two more signings.

Bayern Munich duo Noussair Mazraoui and Matthijs de Ligt are now ready to join Leny Yoro and Joshua Zirkzee through the door at Old Trafford this summer.

The Manchester Evening News understands United are close to rubber-stamping separate deals for Mazraoui and De Ligt, who are both well known to manager Erik ten Hag from their Ajax days.

An offer rising to £42million, which will be paid over three years, has been accepted by Bayern for De Ligt. He had already verbally agreed personal terms with United last month.
