Agni Chopra, son of '3 Idiots' producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra and film critic Anupama Chopra, continued his excellent run of form in Ranji Trophy as he slammed another double century for Mizoram.
This was his second consecutive double ton in the competition as he slammed 218 off just 269 deliveries against Manipur. Agni has been a sensational performer in the Ranji Trophy Plate League and he scored four consecutive centuries at the start of his first-class career.
Agni slammed 105, 101, 114, 10, 164, 15, 166 and 92 in his first four Ranji games to become the first batter to score centuries in his first four first-class encounters - a record that even the legendary Don Bradman was not able to achieve in his career.
Agni, whose father directed the critically acclaimed film "12th Fail" and produced the all-time blockbuster "3 Idiots", dreams of playing in the IPL. "May be I am not good enough so I wasn't picked (in the IPL auction).
