The Scarlets head to Italy today, hoping to get their season back on the road after two significant defeats in South Africa over the last fortnight.

Dwayne Peel's men were without their big guns for tough assignments in recent weeks and many are still missing in the wake of the Six Nations, though some have returned.

Gareth Davies and Johnny McNicholl are back in the starting line-up in the wake of the Six Nations for what is an important match.

The Scarlets are currently 13th in the table with only Cardiff, the Dragons and Zebre below them. With just four victories from 11 matches in the league, a win today would do nicely.
