‘You’re so good b***h’ – Lisandro Martinez sends message to Manchester United star David De Gea after Everton win

Lisandro Martinez hailed Manchester United team-mate David De Gea following his performance in a win against Everton, exclaiming: ‘You’re so good b***h’.

United recorded their fourth win in five matches by beating the Toffees 2-1 at Goodison Park, thanks to goals from Antony and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The Red Devils were well on top throughout the win but after Marcus Rashford’s goal was disallowed with ten minutes left, Erik ten Hag’s side had to show character to see out the win.

De Gea was vital in that, making fine saves from James Garner and denying Amadou Onana a certain goal.

The Spaniard has been forced to adapt his game in order to keep the number one spot under Ten Hag, with the Dutchman asking De Gea to play out more from the back and to come off his line more frequently.

Last night’s performance was perhaps De Gea’s strongest under Ten Hag and Martinez certainly thought so.

The Argentine, who is already a fans’ favourite at Old Trafford, replied to De Gea’s Instagram post to comment: ‘You’re so good b***h’.

United take on Omonia in the Europa League on Thursday, before hosting Newcastle United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Martinez, a £47m signing from Ajax, has been first choice since arriving from the Dutch capital but he could be rested on Thursday ahead of the game against the Magpies.
