WWE WrestleMania 38: Vince McMahon wins first match in ten years, gets Stunnered by Stone Cold

Tonight at WWE WrestleMania 38 inside AT&T Stadium, former NFL star Pat McAfee went one-on-one with Austin Theory, the protege of Vince McMahon.

The WrestleMania match was originally made back at the beginning of March, when Mr. McMahon appeared as a guest on Pat McAfee’s podcast.

In the rare interview, McMahon invited McAfee to be part of WrestleMania, which the former NFL star accepted, explaining that it was his dream to wrestle at the show.

Reports originally stated that McMahon was going to be McAfee’s opponent, but the 76-year-old decided to instead go with Theory for the spot, or so we thought.

In the end, McMahon and McAfee actually ended up wrestling together, after Pat had beaten Theory.

The match saw a lot of involvement from Theory and ended with McMahon kicking a football into McAfee, before pinning him in the middle of the ring.

This was the first time that Vince McMahon had wrestled since October 2012, when he shared the ring with former WWE Champion CM Punk on Raw.

After the match, Stone Cold Steve Austin came out to attack Austin Theory. He also drank beer with McMahon, before blasting the WWE Chairman with a Stunner.

The best stunner ever?
