WWE announce first-ever PPV in Scotland with epic Glasgow events - full details of wrestling extravaganza revealed

WWE that it's coming to Glasgow with two major events in June.

The Friday Night SmackDown will be held on June 14, and Clash At the Castle: Scotland the first ever WWE Premium Live Event in Scotland will follow on the next day, Saturday, June 15 at the OVO Hydro.

Excitement is high for these events, as WWE President Nick Khan states: "We are excited to bring both Friday Night SmackDown and Clash At The Castle: Scotland to our amazing fans in Scotland at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow this June," and added, "The world will see that this is one of the UK's best venues and Scottish crowds are some of the loudest, craziest and most passionate on the planet." These events in Glasgow follow last year's smash hit Clash At the Castle in Cardiff, Wales, held in September 2022. That match set new records becoming the most watched and highest rated international live event in the company's history. Scotland has proudly produced several WWE Superstars including Drew McIntyre, Alba Fyre, Isla Dawn, Piper Niven, Nikki Cross, Joe Coffey, Mark Coffey, Wolfgang and Noam Dar.
