Wrexham 3-0 Yeovil Town: Rob McElhenney watches on as ruthless Dragons fire themselves to the brink of National League title

Wrexham fired themselves to within touching distance of a historic return to the EFL by easing their way to a 3-0 win over Yeovil Town at the Racecourse.

Anthony Forde, making his first league appearance for the club since the end of February, set the hosts on their way by lashing home on the hour, before James Jones tucked away a second.

Top scorer Paul Mullin then added gloss to the win by heading home his 45th goal of the season.

The visitors were then dealt an early setback when Owen Bevan was forced off with an injury midway through the first half.
