"Would appeal to him" - talkSPORT reporter hints £45k-p/w striker would want West Ham move
West Ham would appeal to Arsenal striker Eddie Nketiah, believes talkSPORT reporter Alex Crook.
The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to the London Stadium, and Crook would not be surprised if he said yes to a transfer there.
According to the Daily Mail, West Ham are in pole position to sign Nketiah when his contract at Arsenal expires at the end of the season.
The Hammers, however, are likely to face fierce competition for his signature, with Crystal Palace another club who are thought to be interested in the young forward.

The Sun has claimed that the Eagles have made him their top target as they look to bring in a new No.9 this summer.
Nketiah has really come to life in recent weeks, netting four goals in games against Leeds United and London rivals Chelsea. On a free transfer, he could be a really good bit of business.

With West Ham growing in stature and set to play in Europe next season, Crook can see Nketiah accepting a proposal from the Hammers.
When asked if he thinks the English youngster would be interested in a move to the London Stadium, the talkSPORT journalist said: “Yeah, I do, because obviously he’d still be in London, still a big club, could go there and be the main man, play European football. I think that would appeal to him.
“How do you find a role for him and [Michail] Antonio in that team? I think because Antonio is not a natural centre-forward and his goals have dried up a bit since the turn of the year, I think that [bringing in Nketiah] would still work.”
With Moyes not having any real alternatives to Antonio, West Ham could definitely do with recruiting
