Wordle: What is today's Wordle answer?

Wordle remains one of the most sensationally popular game releases of recent times, with thousands of players all over the world logging in to guess the six-letter word every day; so what is today’s Wordle?

Hopefully, you’re here after the fact and basking in the glow of another solved puzzle, or perhaps you’re here to cheat and show up your family and friends by getting it in two goes, while they got it in three or four.

Either are totally fine in our books, and we won’t judge you if you’re doing the latter!

Wordle, of course, is a genuine phenomenon and is currently free to play on the New York Times website for the time being.

Simply head over there if you want to play the game and then share your score once you’ve either completed the puzzle on the day or you’ve potentially failed.

As anyone who has played the game knows, you’re guided by either grey, yellow or green squares telling you if you’ve guessed a correct letter. If the letter A isn’t in the word, it will remain grey; if the letter A is in the word but you’ve put it in the wrong place, it’ll turn yellow; if the letter A is in the word and is in the right spot, it’ll turn green.

You’ll get six guesses to find the five-letter word but we’re going to assume that you knew that already!

This one is a relatively simple one.

We’d expect you to get the O on either your first or second guess, and the remainder of the letters are all commonly guessed.

As a result, it should be
