Women's Super League: Sam Kerr scores as Chelsea pip Manchester United to title and complete double on final day

Chelsea are Women's Super League champions again after beating Reading 3-0 on the final day to pip rivals Manchester United. The Blues had all-but sealed their title win with last weekend's home thumping of Arsenal, but United made them wait until the final day with a Manchester derby victory.
