Woman sues Houston Texans over former QB Deshaun Watson's alleged behavior

Watson — who played for the Texans from 2017 to 2021 before being traded to the Cleveland Browns earlier this year — has faced lawsuits from at least 24 women alleging a range of violations including sexual assault and harassment. At least 20 of those suits have already been settled. Attorney Tony Buzbee filed the lawsuit against the Texans on behalf of his client Toi Garner, a former massage therapist student, who alleges that during a massage session, Watson «assaulted and harassed Plaintiff by aggressively exposing his naked body to her, purposely touching her with his penis, and ultimately ejaculating onto her,» according to the lawsuit.The NFL says it holds players to account for their personal conduct.
