Wolves vs Man City highlights and reaction as Kevin De Bruyne hits four

Manchester City have taken another step closer to the Premier League title tonight as a Kevn De Bruyne masterclass guided them to a big win at Molineux against Wolves.

City were level on points with Liverpool going into the game, but lead on goal difference, having played a game more. They restored their three-point gap emphatically at Wolves, though, with just four points from their last two games needed to win the title. It was all about De Bruyne, who scored a hat-trick after just 24 minutes, and added a fourth in the second half. Raheem Sterling's late goal added four more goals to the goal difference column, with Leander Dendoncker scoring early on for Wolves.

Pep Guardiola was be without Kyle Walker, John Stones and Ruben Dias for the last three games, while Nathan Ake only made the bench. Aymeric Laporte is a new concern as he limped off with a knee problem, while Fernandinho was also substituted before full time.

Much of the build-up to this game focussed on Erling Haaland, with City confirming a deal for the prolific striker on Tuesday. Guardiola said City haven't spoken about Haaland in the build-up, but De Bruyne did use Haaland's celebration in the first half and Fernandinho spoke about the signing pre-match.
