Win a Michelin-starred dining experience, carriage ride and luxury break in stunning countryside

One lucky reader will enjoy the experience of a lifetime this summer with an unforgettable mini-break.

The winner will also be treated to a personal guided tour of the recently restored Grade II* listed Netherby Hall by the owner, as well as a tour of the gardens, led by the head gardener, which includes a working walled garden supplying up to 70 per cent of the vegetables, fruit and herbs used for the seasonally-inspired eight-course set tasting menu at Pentonbridge Inn.

There will also be a guided tour of the restored working stable block and the opportunity to meet the Gelderlander and American Standardbred horses that pull the carriages.

The winner will stay in one of the beautifully appointed self-catering holiday apartments or cottages which are located in the lovingly restored courtyard and grounds of the historic house. They can also expect fresh flowers from the garden, hand-made chocolates, and a Netherby Hall gin and tonic on arrival at their accommodation.

Lunch or dinner at Pentonbridge Inn is included in the prize, with the winner having the option to take a unique trip around Netherby Hall’s 36 acres of private gardens and grounds in the horse-drawn carriage, instead of travelling to Pentonbridge Inn via carriage ride if they prefer.
