Now the search is on for the next manager but Paul Tisdale won’t play any part in it.

The self-proclaimed football doctor has been diagnosed as part of the problem at Celtic and has paid the price.

Celtic need new players – now they need a new boss and sporting director. Or head of football operations as Tisdale was also called.
